Bitcoin (Btc) Has Reached An All-Time High Value In Euro.

For the first time, Bitcoin has surpassed 60,000 euros, achieving a record high against the euro.

Bitcoin reached a record value against the euro, surpassing the 60,000 Euro level, thus achieving its highest value in recent years.

On March 4th, Bitcoin surpassed the 60,000 Euro psychological barrier for the first time in history, setting a new peak against the euro. According to TradingView data, it rose to 60,393 Euros with an approximate 5% increase from the day's low of 57,521 Euros. As of the writing of this article, Bitcoin's value is trading around 59,981 Euros and has gained approximately 56% in value since the beginning of the year.

Before reaching 60,000 Euros, Bitcoin surpassed several significant value levels. On February 28th, Bitcoin broke a new record by exceeding the all-time high of approximately 53,000 Euros recorded in late September 2021.

In 2024, Bitcoin reached new highs against many fiat currencies, including the Chinese Yuan (CNY).

According to Xe.com data, Bitcoin reached its all-time high against the CNY at around 414,000 CNY by the end of February. As of the preparation of this article, BTC's value was recorded at 467,506 CNY.

According to Balaji Srinivasan, a prominent angel investor and former CFO of Coinbase, as of February 28th, Bitcoin reached all-time highs in more than 30 countries, including China, India, Japan, South Korea, and Argentina.

With its value at $65,000, Bitcoin has yet to surpass its historic highs against certain fiat currencies like the US dollar, British pound, Swiss franc, Brazilian real, and Mexican peso.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading around $65,000. It is still about 6% below its all-time high of $69,000 recorded on Coinbase in November 2021.

According to Sam Wouters, marketing director at River Intelligence, one of the significant hurdles Bitcoin has yet to overcome is the Mexican peso. Data from Xe.com indicates that, as of this writing, BTC is valued at around 1.1 million pesos, which is approximately 24% below its record high of about 1.4 million pesos reached in November 2021.

The launch of spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the United States on January 11, 2024, led to increased interest in the cryptocurrency, resulting in historic highs against many fiat currencies. Following the launch of ETFs, Bitcoin ETF providers purchased at least 340,000 BTC as of March 1, excluding the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust ETF.
