Singularitynet Announces Date For The Merger Of Three Altcoins.

SingularityNET has announced the merger dates for the creation of the new ASI token, where FET, AGIX, and OCEAN altcoins will come together to form a decentralized artificial intelligence network.

The merger dates for the planned Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI) token, which aims to unite SingularityNET (AGIX), Fetch.ai (FET), and Ocean Protocol (OCEAN) tokens under a single decentralized artificial intelligence network, have been finalized. The process will commence on June 11th, with the FET token being rebranded as ASI, and will conclude on June 13th.

The merger for FET, AGIX, and OCEAN token holders involves the exchange of these tokens for ASI tokens at specific ratios. FET tokens will be converted at a 1:1 ratio, AGIX at a ratio of 1:0.433350, and OCEAN at a ratio of 1:0.433226.

ERC-20 tokens FET, AGIX, and OCEAN will be made available for users to swap FET for ASI tokens via a token swap contract on June 11th. This process will also be carried out for AGIX and OCEAN on June 13th.

The transition process will allow users to securely exchange their tokens using a supervised token swap contract on the SingularityNET platform.

The ASI merger aims to create the largest decentralized open-source network in the artificial intelligence industry by accommodating over 200,000 token holders. The ASI token will operate within the unified decentralized artificial intelligence network, providing unique scale and power.

In a move to encourage the safer integration of artificial intelligence into everyday life, OpenAI recently launched a specially designed artificial intelligence large language model called ChatGPT Edu. This initiative serves researchers, students, and faculty members at the university level and is utilized by prominent universities.
