Dogecoin (Doge) Is 10 Years Old

Dogecoin (DOGE), which emerged on December 6, 2013, experienced a significant price increase alongside its birthday celebrations.

Dogecoin (DOGE), originally created on December 6, 2013, celebrated its birthday with enthusiasm, experiencing a significant price surge on this special day.

Developed by Billy Markus, a software engineer at IBM, and Jackson Palmer, a software engineer at Adobe, Dogecoin (DOGE) was initially launched as a joke cryptocurrency. Now reaching the age of 10, Dogecoin holds a leadership position in the meme coin category.

DOGE, showing an increase of over 20% in the last 24 hours, received a genuine birthday gift. However, uncertainty persists regarding whether this rapid rise will continue and what levels DOGE can reach.

Despite Bitcoin's rise from the $30,000 levels, DOGE, which failed to demonstrate the expected increase, delighted investors with an impressive performance on its birthday. Dogecoin rose to $0.10645, marking a 21.82% increase. However, it is noted that this level is a critical resistance, and it could create selling pressure, pulling the price down to $0.10003.

As of now, if DOGE successfully breaks the $0.10645 level with significant volume, it may embark on a journey towards $0.11242, $0.11855, $0.12610, and $0.13113, respectively. However, factors such as prolonged special circumstances, an increase in Bitcoin dominance, or DOGE falling below $0.10003 can trigger selling pressure in the pair. In this scenario, retracements to around $0.009487 may occur first, followed by declines to $0.08773, $0.08373, $0.07893, $0.07390, and $0.06849.
